Sent pre approved credit card application for Visa Card.
0% interest $5,000 limit $49.00 application fee

I mailed a check with my application in the amount of $49. The credit card was to have been delivered within 1 week.

I have heard nothing from the company, but my check was deposited on Jan. 30, 2003.
