Consumer First Consumer First, took my money order of $49.00, sending me a package I was never told about, and was unhappy with. I called Consumer First for refund, no refund consumer rip-off fraud Cincinnati, OH Cincinnati Internet .....

I LaShonda Gray wanted to establish some credit. I thought Consumer First would be a good choice to start. I was never told about how to use the card. All I did was filled an application for a $5,000 dollar credit limit, with the one time fee of $49.00 before I could receive the card.

A month later I receive a package not knowing what it was, I opened it, and a book with ordering information was in it alone with the card. The only way I could purchase items was to get them from the ordering book they sent me or on their website.

I didn't agree to what had happened so I called requesting for a refund, and she told me to mail in my package,and I would be refunded.

I also mentioned to her that I was not pleased with the package, and that I should have been notified about what I was suppose to receive. I also asked stated to her that I didn't want any trouble with them refunding my money, and she said it wasn't going to be any problems, just as long as I mail my package in before 60 days are up. It has been two months, and I haven't receive my money! I am most indeed upset, that was a rip-off!!!
