Complaint Review: Consumer First

I received an APPROVAL GUARANTEED certificate in the mail requesting a $45.00 processing fee for a $5,000 limit credit card from CONSUMER FIRST. I never applied. The Terms and Conditions are not included on the certificate. And there is no contact information other than a P.O. Box.

I've read other similar Rip Off Reports from several consumers which have been submitted recently. So I visited the Better Business Bureau website to see what was reported to them. There was no report. However, there is a name and phone number for the manager in charge of CONSUMER FIRST.

I recommend to all concerned that they also post a complaint on their website as well as on RipOffReport.com.
