I was sent a letter for a credit card that had a 5,000.00. I was told that if I sent in $49.00 that I would receive speedy processing. I sent it with a money order from the post office,(express mail).

I tracked it down and they received it on 12\27\02. It is now 01\03\03 not very speedy. I just hope that we can get our money back like the 30 day money back garantee said. Ha Ha.

Company Information from Better Business Bureau

Hello,

I also received this offer via mail and had a feeling something was not quite right with it. After being unable to find any info directly linking this company on the web, I researched through the Better Business Bureau for this area in Florida.

The BBB site was www.clearwater.bbb.org out of Clearwater, Florida which handles any complaints for the area that this company is located in. They gave them a very unsatisfactory report stating many of the same problems that have been advised by Rip-off Report users. They also gave information that was not included by Consumer First, LLC in their mail solicitations. This included the phone number and a Contact name which I have cut and pasted below.

Original Business Start Date: September 2002
Principal : Ms. Billie Pardee Manager
Phone Number: (813) 879-4752
Type-of-Business Classification: Credit Card-Merchants Card

I know i will not be taking them up on this offer and hope that mayby this information may help others.
