HA!!!! They need to stick a Fingure up their butt and spin on it ........ NO web address , NO stating the nature of the card, VISA or MASTERCARD , NO phone number, and who in hell gives no APR's for 12 months
Maybe Mastercard or Visa only if you have Transferred you life on to the cards.
I have heard of 3-6 months of NO or LOW apr's, but 12 months , Give me a BREAK!!!!!!!
