Complaint Review: Consumer First

I recieved a letter from Consumer First Visa stating that I was approved for a credit card, and since I am just now clearing up my credit I was very excited. I sent 49.00 and this was to rush my delivery of the credit card, and after 3 weeks I started wondering about the card, after searching on the web I found out that I was ripped off!

When I called my bank to find out what I could do they said I couldnt do anything, so if you write the check you are out of luck! My bank wasnt going to help me, and now these people havemy money which I will never be able to get back. How do I get my money back..
