Ripoff Report Investigation: CREDIT CARD - FRAUD ALERT!
A credit card fraud operation is in effect across the country that poses a significant danger to your financial health. This operation fraudulently uses the Primerica name to mislead consumers into paying money to obtain a credit card. This fraudulent operation is not affiliated in any way with Primerica Financial Services in Duluth, GA, or Citigroup.

Here's the activity to which you should be alert:
A telephone call by the scammer falsely offers credit cards by misrepresenting that Primerica in Duluth, GA is offering the credit card, which is totally false. Typically, the caller obtains bank account information over the phone and the victim is asked to pay a sum of money to supposedly receive the credit card. The money is then debited from the victim's account with a promise that the credit card will be sent shortly. Once you send your money to these companies, you never get your promised credit card and you cannot get your money back.

In most jurisdictions it is illegal for a company to request an upfront fee prior to obtaining a loan. The real Primerica does not offer credit card services. If you believe that you have been victimized by this false credit card scam that misuses the Primerica name please contact the Task Force investigating this matter by calling PhoneBusters at 1.888-495-8501, or sending email to info@phonebusters.com.
==================

I would like the public to be aware of the Fraudulent Company, Anderson Marketing, in Toronto, Canada. They are selling stored value mastercards, which never get sent to the innocent victim.

They used to sell the card under the assumed name of "Luca Financial" , and are now selling the same fraudulent card under the name of "Prime America".
They call you up and tell you that you have been approved for a Mastercard. This is highly absurd. First of all there are no computers in that office, all they have is a bunch of leads on paper bought by a distributor, and used by the employees to make the calls.

This place is the most corrupt place that I have ever encountered. For Instance, the Manager, A.J. Daly would convince the unknown victims, to wire him money via Western Union, in his name.

He of course kept the money and no card was ever reached to the customer.

Also peoples' bank accounts which are acquired, is abused by withdrawing more money than initially authorized.

The owners, Andrew and Lee are a bunch of miscreants as well. They have ripped-off several employees already. They continue to pay way below minimum wage to their employees.

Initially upon hire, they tell you that you will make a lot of $$$, but in reality every pay day on Friday, the owner dashes for the door, knowing that there are alot of irate people after getting only $25. for a full 40 hour week, which averages out to 1.50cents/hour.

You get more working at a "sweat shop" for Kathy Lee Gifford!! When finally getting a hold of the owner, he states that he can't pay the full funds because of his expenses...which is a bunch of lies, considering he has 2 porches in the garage!!

Not only is this company ripping-off thousands of Americans. but their employees as well.

I implore anyone reading this to take action to shut this company down once and for all. Justice must be served!!!!!

A victim of a scam via First National Credit Services and their many notorious akas... I was well prepared when I received a phone call from this company (one of many).

Was contacted today by a Mr. Miles from Prime America. Before he could even get out his spiel I shot off questions about the comapny... Name? Adress? Reps name? Contact phone number? How much money do they want to charge? Are they related to yada yada yada. Immediately the rep became defensive and said he would ahve to have his supervisor return my call. His uspervisor's name he said is Mr. Gates.

I asked for the address of the companyand was told he would have his supervisor call me back. I asked if this company was related to National Credit Services, and he refused to answer and said he would have to have his supervisor call me back.

He insisted that I verify my mailing address and I refused saying I wanted more information. He told me he did not have time to go over all the details with me and would have his supervisor return my call.

I told him if he didn't have time to go over all the information with me, then he should take my name out of his database. He informed me he would be taking my credit as well!! I told him I would not be subjected to threats over the phone and his comment violated my rights on more than one level.

I asked to speak to the supervisor and again... he said he would have him call me back. I asked again for the information on the company's address and he said that he would have someone else return my call and hung up on me. The number on my caller ID that the call came from was: (416) 595-9975. I called the number back, received no answer, and after 12 rings hung up.

Obviously this company has some legitimacy issues.
