Complaint Review: Consumer Health Benefits Association (CHBA)

This company is a total lair.Their reps present this as insurance.When i received the paper work it was not insurance at all.I called the company and told them I was lied to.That my doctor did not even take this insurance.It cost me 220.00 to enroll and I could not get my money back.So I canceled.At the end of the month of Aug.They hit my credit card again.When I called them,they said I never canceled.The lady I spoke with was very rude and she would not let me talk. To keep them from doing it again in the future I have had to change my card number.These people called me.I live in Tennessee and as we all know Our state insurance was just dissolved.So they targeted us.I have two friends that called them because I thought It was a great deal and they were told the same I was.They also was ripped off.
