Well, after reviewing other ripoff reports, it is nice to know that I'm not the only one... I finished all 6 offers on the same night (Jan 29), and immediately (within 2 or 3 days), I received credit for 5... still today, I have not received credit for the 6th (1.5 months later).

I contacted the 6th company and they assured me they contacted consumer incentive promotions about my completion. I have e-mailed the company via their website numerous times and received no response. So, I have decided to take any action I can in order to make sure other consumers do not fall for the same "free laptop" (not so free by the way. I spent a good bit completing my offers) scam I did.

I noticed others have filed official complaints in Florida and Georgia. I will be doing the same. Further, I have seen fake ebay ads for consumer incentive promotions including ipods and laptops.

I think it would be wise to notify ebay of the companies "using of ebay" to scam its community members. Others should do the same. Any other ideas or feedback from my fellow rip-off reporters would be appreciated. FTC, better business bureau probably won't go too far, but its worth a shot. My friend is a law student. I will be seeking her advice as well. Legally, it will be interesting to see what kind of practical recourse there is. At least I have proof of all my transactions.
