I only wanted my FREE credit score. There were so many pop up boxes that came at me so fast, I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I agreed to a $5.00 charge for the credit score, when the pop-up box for $24.95 came up I didn't want the other reports so I cancelled. The company took the money from my account anyway and caused an overdraft on my account. I called to get them to credit my account because I did not authorize the $24.95. Two very nasty employees informed me that the money was non refundable and I could still get the credit reports online until the end of next month. I tried to get them but their site is down. When I returned a call to them about this situation, a very nasty man informed me that I should read what I am signing before I sign it, and try back in an hour and I should be able to get the reports. I told him I never wanted the reports and never applied for them. He continued to tell me that the money was non-refundable. I called my bank and they removed the overdraft charge and filed a formal dispute with the company. As I was perusing this board I found out that there is a class action suit against them and I can join in on it. I am going to do that. Cheryl/Analiese Brandon, Florida
