Consumer Info Credit Monitor Service deceptive company fraudulent ripoff business screwed others too Orange California
Will it goes like this. I did try to enroll in the service, but when I hit the submit button, I received an error message. So, I never got a confirmation of my order, I never received an email containing my account information, I never recieved a phone call or letter in mail in regards to my membership and account. I didn't even get the free credit report.
I check my bank account balance and I have a charge for $79.95 for a service a I didn't even know I had. Had I known I had the 30 day free trial period, I would have cancelled it. I cannot believe that I company thinks it is o'k to just charge your account without even calling you first to confirm the status of your account.
I find it sneaky and deceptive. As a result, I tried to call and their offices are closed, so I am forced to send an email. I told them the story I just told all of you and have requested a refund. If they don't give me the refund, then I will go through my bank and call the Better Business Bureau.
