Complaint Review: Consumer Info

ok.. i had thought i could get the 30 days free.. but i guess when i signed up for it 2yrs ago and cancelled it.. I now have to pay the 79.00 right away.. well I mistakenly clicked the continue button.. Realized it and hit the ((STOP)) button as soon as i got done hitting the continue button.. nothing happend.. the screen stayed the same.. i THEN proceeded to HIT the NO THANKS BUTTON!! ((in thoughts of i I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED!!!!)) then out of curiousity i thought i would play an see if i can log in ..so i clicked on LOG IN.. put in the user name an P/W i had chose.. BUT COULD NOT LOG IN!! i also thought maybe i have to check my Email to activate it.. (some sites require this) well NO EMAIL... THEN i find this SITE>> wish i had found it sooner!... so then after reading some of the letters.. I Logged onto my bank account.. AND GUESS WHAT.. i was charged the 79.00!! wow.. not to mention.. i was 4 bucks short.. so now there is a 30 fee!! (((ERRRRRRR!!!))) IMMediatly i sent an EMAIL to Consumer Info..telling them what happend and that i would like them to pay the 30.00 fee too!!! ITS TOO BAD THERE IS NO PHONE number to TALK TO ACTUALLY HUMAN RIGHT away. I Then called MY bank.BUT its SAturday.. nothing they can do right now its IN pending status and its the weekend.. (RRRRR agian)) say it may not actually take it out till TUes morn. i explained to the bank what they have done.. and tried to stop this from being taken out.. but STILL have to wait till TUes morning..!! why should i have to wait tho?? thought i would have the upper hand contacting bank right away..i even told them about the civil suits.. but still have to wait! so meantime im gonna have the 30.00 fee. They also told me to file dispute on TUes mornging too.. This is why i hit stop right away!! i new i was short few $$'s DIDNT have no Idea it WOULD Stil go thru!! anyone willing to help or give good advice how else to handle this.. let me know.. (besides that fact that maybe i shouldnt have clicked on Continue..I didnt know that it would still charge for this.. Michelle northumberland, Pennsylvania
