I too had made a few request to get credit cards online, with the Hollidays aproaching. Then I was called by the bastards saying that I had been approved for two lines of credit. One was for a Mastercard for $1000.00 the other for a Visa for $1500.00. NICE!! They knew ALL of my personal info ( S.S.# employment, adress, D.O.B. etc.) Never thought of it out of the ordinary, plus I shure could use the extra cash.
NOPE!!! They said it would take about 2-3 weeks(this was on Dec. 10th I said darn I cant afford to spend $279.00 before Christmas (the wife would be a little upset. "OH NO" she said "If you can pay by check Tonight it will be shipped immediatley and you will get it at least 5-4 days before Christmas. I said "with my luck it will get lost in the mail" She replied " promise I will see to it myself".
Then they switched me "over" to verrify my information and that was the last I ever spoke to anyone associated. I called and called getting the same answering machine message. That they were overloaded and would return my call 24-48 hrs. CLUE: if you paid by check by phone you have 60 days (affidavit) I did today!

3 months ago I had someone call me saying they were calling in regards to my bank.I had only 2 weeks ago tried to get over draft protection on a credit card through my bank.It was declined. When I got this call they said they had pre aproved credit for 2 credit cards. Both were going to be a $1000 dollar credit. One was Visa and the other was Mastercard.I was looking through reverse phone lookups trying to find their address so I could report them to the Better Business Bureau. When I couldn't find it anywere I had a notion to look it up under the name they are going through. Consumer Network Services.When I saw this add for the same basic thing that had happened to me. The phone number was what mostly cough my attention because it is the same one I have been calling. Instead of getting even one credit card I recieved a magazine very much like Fingerhut. I returned the box the next day Fed Ex to make sure that I met my eadline of 30 day trial.I called 2 weeks after I sent it to make sure that they recieved it and they said that it could take up to 30 days for my refund. I said okay and I waited 30 days. After that with no refund I called and they said it would be direct deposited back into my acc on Mon. I called the next wedensday to give them a couple extra days. They then said there was a new person and was not told that they had changed their policies. And a check would be mailed out on the following Mon. I then gave them til wed again and did not recieve it. I called them and they said it would be put it my bank ac on Monday.I gave them one more chance to refund me.BIG MISTAKE!!! Nothing was refunded so I went to my Bank on Wed and filed a report. By the time it was filed and everything was done it had been passed sixty days. I want my $300 dollar refund back but I need an address or something to file my claim. I am going to do whatever I can because I am a single mother trying to go to school and I really need that money. If there is anything that anyone can do to help me I will do whatever neccessary to catch those son of a

If you were sent for a loop with these Mother #*@!+*#'s and you paid by check by phone you have 60 (sixty) days to fill out an affidavid(sp-sorry)I did about two hours ago and the bank said no problem we will have the money back in your acct. within the week.Of course you all know banks but it will happen. Just as a back-up I brought in a copy of a report I viewed to show them and they posted it on their info board. More awareness and advertisment for a truly GREAT site!!!!
