Complaint Review: Consumer Porfolio Services

Consumer Porfolio Services I was told by one of the customer service reps that there were agents there on site and I needed to give her my bank information right away or they were going to garnish me. Irvine California

I was harrassed numerous times by CPS. On one occassion I was notified by my boss that if they didn't stop calling I would be terminated. After I let them know that they could not call my place of employment they continued anyway.

On another occassion I was late with a payment and when I called to notify CPS that I was going to make a payment in full they refused to take it. I had to have a family member pretend they were me in order for them to take my payment. There company is very unprofessional and unethical I will never go through them again.
