Purchased a 2003 F150 pickup in 2005, paid on time every month until December 2007, ran into financial difficulty, started making payments thru Western Union every two weeks.

In May decided to trade in this vehicle. Called CPS for a payoff, told 12,600. Dealer called same day and was told 13,184. Did not make May's payment due to deal in the works with new vehicle, they started calling they would go w/Sheriff to dealership, pickup vehicle, would not approve new financing, (I was going with another financial company).

Basically told them if they wanted to jinx the deal go ahead, I would not send in a payment and they could pickup vehicle. In the meantime new financing approved with no problem, signed new loan and drove off the lot.

Told by CPS that deal would not go thru and that dealership would come and pickup my new vehicle in a few days, well I called their bluff and guess what nothing happened.

Still have new vehicle and now like so many others waiting for a refund of the overpayment, dealership assigned overpayment to me.

If there ever is a class action suit, I will gladly join.
