I was behind 2 payments and started to get harrassing calls at my workplace. I agreed to make a payment for June for $460 when I only have to pay $402 a month. But I paid $52 more instead. Well, after I encountered a very rude Customer Service Rep who threatened to repo my car, I ended up driving to the nearest place to wire them money.

A few days later, they called me again to grab my July payment! I told them that I would be in a hole if I paid them another $400 (note* I just paid them $460) in the same month. But she constantly told me that they were losing money having me as a customer and they will close my account and take my car. I kept telling them that I can pay it, but I could only pay half and then the rest of what I owed in the end of the month. But she stated that they do not allow partial payments! WHY IS THAT?

And of course, she went on and on saying that this is a new loan, their company is losing money having me as a customer (how?), and they will close my account if I don't pay them on the 16th. These people are really rude. I told them to call my cell phone instead of my workplace, but they refused to take my car if they do not get a hold of me. I cannot wait to refinance my loan with a different company! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
