Failure to deliver documents to me & DMV proving loan payments PAID IN FULL ON TIME; recent lien created AFTER 2012; but loan pymts ALL completed by 2003; and DMV showed no liens between 2003-2013

this company has a LONG history of fraudulent activity in CA and other states.

Prior names include: Fireside Thrift Co (my completely paid loan from FRC in Long Beach -- payments all on time c. 1997-2003) -- DMV had no liens and records was clear through 2010.

FTC was forced to close/bankruptcy? and closed shop in Long Beach (1950-2003) and changed its name to Fireside Bank (2003-bankruptcy in 2012 relocated to Pleasanton CA) and now the name has changed to Portfolio Services, Inc. relocated in Irvine CA (staff positions and holdings the same with $$$ Millions increased by the number of liens not released to those with fully paid loans, and recollected as titles pass via inheritance, sale, gift, etc.

I first filed with BBB and I am attaching my complaint with the BBB and the replies by CPS to date as a pdf file.
