Consumer Portfolio Services paid the payoff amount and $1815.22 of it is unaccounted for AND paid with Western Union Irvine California

Paid the payoff amount yesterday morning via Western Union speedpay in the amount of $2920.55 and now today only $1105.33 was credited! Where is the $1815.22?? I called and they are having to look into what happened. How can you lose that much money? I have the confirmation number of the funds sent so if they don't find it I am suing them.

This lady said she paid these a**holes over at Consumer Portfolio Services off and you are still harassing her??BULLY. OH you must work for their s**+**y a** collections department??? YOU ARE A LOSER JIM. Do something good with your life ....oh already failed at that? Go kill yourself. I'm sure no one will care!

My payment has been credited and now my car is paid off. Now just have to wait to get my title.

So, they have harrassed you, right?  How many times were you late?  How much EXTRA INTEREST did you generate for them?  And you have an attorney ready to go?  Likely "STORY"!

Well according to another person at CPS whose name wasn't given, any fees are taken out immediately and the payoff takes 2 days to post. So will see if that happens or not. Have contacted a lawyer who is ready to take them on and after hearing how they have harrassed me before, the lawyer is just ready to go after them. Will update tomorrow..that is the 2 days they claimed it takes.
