is this company allowed by law to #1 harrass customers? #2 I am also pretty sure its illegal in some way to be giving a balance on account as a payoff. I asked for the payoff less interest to take the loan to my bank for financing. They refuse to comply by stating they are legally able to collect with interest. When did the laws change allowing such companies to do this? Where is the federal banking commission on this? Where is class action lawsuits? What law allows this company to call on the due date stating there collecting a debt, the payment is late.
