I swa talked into this high interest auto loan through CPS. I was late making my payment first two payments. Called to get myself caught up and they refused to take my payment. They were extremely rude and nasty to me on the phone. They said that I had until midnight that evening to make my payment or they were coming to get the car.

Everytime I started giving them my bank information to make my payment, they conveniently disconnected me. I kept calling back and they would do the same thing. Finally, I asked for the manager. He told me it was unexcusable that I was late and that he was sending someone to get the car. He told me I was a liar and that nobody was disconnecting me when I tried to make my payments. I said all I want to do is pay you money and get myself caught up. He disconnected me! I called back again and the message stated the office was closed.

I called a different customer service number I was given and they told me I was too late. I had to have payment in by midnight and now office is closed that can take my payment. He said the only way I could pay them was to wire the money in the next hour. The banks were already closed, I could not get to cash. He said then they are coming to get the car. I told him they purposely were doing this to me, so that I would not make payment in time. I told him I was making payment on the internet. He said I would not be able to because he "froze" my account.

I went ahead and went on the internet and made the payment...they system accepted it and I received a confirmation that the payment was made before midnight.

I have been told that they are still doing a repo on the car..........I am caught up to date on my payments. I need help with this company. The people are so mean and rude and do what they can to make you cry on the phone. They purposely want you to default on your loan! Help!
