Everything started out when I received an offer on the mail for a card. On the letter they were describing the card as if it was a credit card. I paid a $49.oo fee. Then weeks later I received a catalog on mail. I tried to order certain items but I was unsuccesful. I called many times but nobody ever answered the phone.
