Complaint Review: Consumer Protection Agency

On 11-26-03 at 9.15am, I received a phone call from an agent mccoyd, he told me that i was second place winner that had won an award for 350.000.00 from a drawing dealing with america direct, the thing was i had to come up with 4200.00 for insurance that it would get to me, i told him i did not have the money.

On 12-11-03 agent mccoyd call me again but i was at work so i call him back on 12-12-03. agent mccoyd said that the only person that would take the cheapest money which was 765.00 was this rosa mairena in san jose costa rica, so i western union her the money on 12-13-03 and she recieved it 12-15-03 because i called western union, now this is the rip-off part, agent mccoyd told me that i would recieve the check 12-16-03 at 9am, 12-16-03 came no check at 9am, 9/30am, 10am, so i called 15 mins after and at 11:15am

agent mccoyd supervisor called me and told me that i needed to pay 2100.00 and i told him i did not have and i already had sent them 765.00 and he told me that i would get my money back now up to this day 01-13-04 i still have not recieve my money back and i am filing this report because they are a bunch of crooks i have four kids and they did not have an exciting christmas but justice will be serve, their phone numbers are 408-333-9381, 703-738-9267, and the supervisor number is 954-839-8276
