Complaint Review: Consumer Refrigeration & Applicane

Consumer Refrigeration & Applicane 1st appointment no show after waiting all day, 2nd appointment came two hours before scheduled, 3rd appointment sent tech who did not know the product, 4th appointment sent somone ordered the part, 5th appointment only brought one part lost second part, 6th appointment second part did not fix problem, never received one call, was told the new part would arrive on a Tuesday called them on Thursday to see where the part was with no answer, I called the parts house myself and was not even ordered until the Tuesday it was promised to be in. My dryer is still not repaired after two months and over $300.00 out of pocket. Beware Jacksonville Florida

Consumer Refrigeration & Appliance, I have been trying to get a dryer fixed for over two months. My first appointment after waiting until 3 hours past my appointment I called and they said they could not make it. My second appointment the came two hours before it was scheduled no phone call. The third appointment the tech was not faimiler with the product and thought he knew what parts might be bad. The 4th appointment the more experienced tech installed one part and did not know what happened to the second part lost. The 5th appointment was made to install the lost part and it did not fix it. I was promised the part would be in the following Tuesday I followed up on Thursday with no answer to where the part was or when it would arrive. I got the part number myself and called the parts house the order was not even placed until the Tuesday it was promised and the parts house told me it takes 8 days to arrive. I have not had one returned phone call as promised and already have paid over $300.00.
