Consumer Research Corporation - craigslist.com ripoff, promise free Sony Vaio laptop, never got to end because I realized what it was, but now I have been deluged with junk emails. Disgusting and dishonest Columbia South Carolina
I was looking for a laptop on craigslist.com for the Washington, D.C. area, so watch-out as I saw the advertisement again after I have been already duped. I went to the website advertised on craigslist.com which had Sony Vaio in the website address, but when I clicked it the address was www.producttestpanel.com. It has a range of products there.
I went through probably 3/4 way and realized this was something similar to what I had done before, not as bad, though--but same thing--the other one was a free computer flat screen, but this one entails a deluge of junk emails because I went through most the questions. I am very angry about my personal email address being used without my permission. It is disgusting.
I have email Sony Vaio to let them know and see if they are aware of this, and I am going to forward all my junk mail to them so they can experience the nuisance of it all. Of course, the email for Consumer Research bounces back with an automated answer otherwise I would be forwarding all these junk emails to them.
I am so glad I found this website. It is really an outrage.
