I was contacted in sept.2005 by Consumer REwards Network telling me I would receive a $500 gift certificate for anywhere I chose if I would review their product and would only be charged a $4.95 fee.

I accepted and was billed from Mega Movie pass $119.90. When I found this out I Canceled even before I received their information by mail.

I was told I would receive a full refund within 4-6 weeks of my cancelation. I waited that amount of time and called back asking where it was. This went on for several weeks. Me calling them saying if I didn't receive it in two weeks to call back.

After 2 months I was informed I would not receive my refund until I wrote them a letter explaining my cancelation and the cancelation number. I even attached a delivery confirmation number to the letter so I would know when it was delivered. That was Dec.16,2005.

The letter was received on dec.24,2005. A week later I called back and they said it was received and I should be receiving my refund in the mail in 2 weeks. still nothing.

I even wrote to the Better Business Bureau of LA but they were unable get in contact with them.

I tried to call them on thephone and now all I am getting is a buisy signal. I keep being told to wait 2 weeks. I'm tired of it and want restitution for the time I have had to wait. I can not afford to have even $100 taken from me and that is just what they have done by refusing to send my refund.
