Complaint Review: Consumer's Group

There is no way to contact them other than the website which is not helpful. I have placed an order and cannot get a status report on my order for almost a month now. The site provided a link to check status but the link does not work. I have reported it and given the info requested for them to contact me but have not received reply. I informed them I would be reporting them. Hopefully I'll get my refund.
