I don't think it is fair for the american people to recieve such a notice in hopes of actually thinking they have won something.With they way the economy is now, I could only hope that they would investigate this situation like have done before doing the wrong thing.It just makes me angry to know that whom ever these people are doing this can take advantage of people.
