Thank goodness for websites like this! I was almost ready to deposit the check in the amount of $3840 that was sent to me on June 9, 2008. I called the guy, Serge Mohan, whom they told me to ask for. Gave a claim number and was told the same as everyone else. This was a check to help pay the luxury tax, and the bank would hold it for a couple days and then to call them back when the check had been made available. Cashier's Checks are always the key in scams too! Also, when I talked to the guy, he didn't seem overly excited that he was giving me $38,000. I would think if they were genuine about doing a lottery and having people win, they would have a little more emotion. Also, he tried to say that the way I had been entered was by using credit card at Home Depot or Wal-Mart, or by purchasing an airline ticket online. These companies might want to know that this fraudulent company is out there using their good name. Do not cash this check, do not believe these people.
