Complaint Review: Consumer Safety Technology

Consumer Safety Technology (Intoxalock) I needed a reset on my device to continue driving my car. I was on the phone with multiple customer service reps who all told me different things. Long story short, they told me that I had to pay $110 before they could reset my device.  Des Moines Iowa

I have had my intoxalock devicer in for 4 months today and it has been hell. I had a few positive readings over the 4 month period so I had to resign a 4 month lease extension or else I would be locked out of my car and would not be able to make it to work. After I paid the $110 for the customer service rep to reset the device she told me that the device had been reset soi I would not be locked out. The reset did not work so I called back and was told that the reason why the device would not restart is because my car battery was bad. My car battery is fairly new andf has been working perfectly and still is so I know it is not the issue. The issue is the faulty decvice. I contacted my employer and let him know that I would not be able to drive my car until this was taken caren of and was immediately fired. This all happened today and I have had multiple anxiety attacks and havent been this stressed in my life. I want to join a class action lawsuit to bring this company to justce. I would appreciate any help.
