I called Frontier my grandfathers phone company to see why he was being charged for an unknown company. Frontier contacted Consumer Telcom, Inc. where I talked to a individual, who said we had their survice and we used it twice sence 1999.

I told them when and where was the phone called made too? They gave a phone number to me and gave a recording of my grandfather, when I normaly take care of his complex situations. So they said we old them for that month and the following 2 more months because of thier billing cycle.

After 30min with them, I called frontier back and asked if they could look into this situation, they stated with a recording we can't do anything. So I asked if they could trace a phone number down for me they did, it was to a mattric store about 330 mile north of my location. The other was a business about 60 miles away. This store I do not know the name of, but never heard of the stores before nore call them. We never buy a mattrice 20 miles aways, why would we travel 12 hours away from home to buy a mattric? Cost more in gas than the mattric would be worth.
