Complaint Review: Consumer Trust

Yep - I had $149 taken out of my account too.

I contacted my bank the morning I found the amount taken out of my checking account as well. The bank told me that I was the 10th caller that morning that they had a similar complaint about!

So I called Consumer Trust and here is the address where to write for your refund:

Include the cancellation code that they give you.

The person I spoke to on the phone stated that it is company policy that they do not issue refunds without it being in writing. She did not know how long it took to get the refund once you write the letter.

What a nightmare!
