Consumerbill.com Charging fees that werent authorized Internet

The company charges a fee of $49.95 per month. They some how got my bank info and charged me running up about $200 in overdraft fees. When I called them they said they wouldnt credit the money back to my account but would send me a check that I should receive in 45 to 60 days.

The guy left me on hold numerous times before finally actually cancelling my account with them that i never even signed up for and was very rude.
