I have an update to everyones problem when it comes to Consumerbill.com. The real name of the company is Customer Services Inc. located at 75 Bank Street, Sparks, Nevada 89431-6236 . Their direct phoneline to Caroline Kment the executive director is 775-359-2299. Her assistants email is jessgonzalez05@gmail.com. The managers name is Jason and the other supervisor is Dominie Biggs.

They do not want the people they stole from to know this information. I did get it and scared all of the agents that answered their toll free line. When an agent would answer the phone and say hello I would respond by saying you are at 75 bank st correct and all of them would say i dont know what you are talking about and hang up.

When I called Carolines direct line I asked if they were Consumerbill.com and she said that they handle their customer service and I asked so you are not consumerbill.com but Customer Services Inc. and she said we handle their customer service so I asked for Jason and she said hold on and asked who I was, I told her my name and she said she could get me for phone harrassment and I told her if she could do that she would have already done so and I am not scared of her or her company and that I knew their address, she became real nice and coopertive with me and told me everything I wanted to know. So just bug the crap out of them and they will return your money Now we just need to get them arrested.
