ConsumerBill.com They keep ripping me off when they say I was cancelled and now i can't get ahold of them Internet
I had started getting billed for this account in which I had no idea about. So i look and see who it was and it is ConsumerBill.com and so i I call and call and call and no answer so i finally get on their live chat that they have and i talk to a lady and i explain to her my situation and she says okay your account is cancelled and you will no longer be charged and that i could refunded my money that they had taken out. Because i never used their site once and never even logged in once. So i ask her for a cancellation # and she gives it to me. So I thought i wouldn't have to worry about anymore. Well i was wrong here they are taking more money out and making my account go overdrafted and i have fees coming out the a*s and I can't get ahold of one single person and i tried to send them a message and it directs to me this page and i try and call and it tells to chat live with someone and i am getting so pissed. First of all I don't remember signing up for this and i don't even know what it is and I still haven't even gotten my refund. I want and need my money back I have a 2 yr old daughter who could use that money . Thank you
