On Dec. 16th, 2004 I received an offer via email : a promotion for a free gift of my choice after trying 6 different products/subscriptions from the compaines provided. The website I was directed to was consumerincentivepromotions.com. The gift I choose was a $250 Kroger Gift Card. The time limit was 90 days to complete the 6 offers. I completed my offers and continued the offers for 90 days. The web site has not updated all 6 offers to "complete" and I have not been able to get a claim form to send in for my $250 Kroger Gift card. All six offers were initiated on 12/16/04. Some of them were Christmas Gifts!

During the last three months I have attempted to proceed to the next page and get the form to send in for my free $250 Kroger gift card, but have been unsuccessful due to one offer not being reported as complete. This was InkBlvd. I emailed both InkBlvd and consumerincentivepromotions several times requesting the status be reported and updated to "complete". The other 5 offers had already reported. After waiting for email reply, I received no response. In March I called InkBlvd and spoke to Leticia who stated that they had notified the consumerincentivepromotions company that the offer had been completed immediately after my order was placed on Dec 16th, 04. Leticai emailed me a copy of my completed bill.

All emails have been documented on hard copy. I have had no further response from this offer and have now gone over my 90 days. To date I have spent $477.70 on the 6 companies that I ordered services from.

Today March 29th, 05 I filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office and was informed by them to cancel all 6 services.

I am requesting to be refunded my $477.70 that I have spent keeping these promotions active until I could redeem my Gift. I am further requesting that I be given a valid $250 Kroger Gift Card or it's equivalent that is spendible in Columbus, Ohio
