Used service to check on my personal credit history. Did pay $24.95 plus another $10.00 to receive full credit history report. Upon reviewing my credit card balance on-line, I noticed a charge of $79.95 for CIC Credit Report. Charge happened without my conscent or knowledge.

Put CIC Credit Report in search engine to find their site and address info. This was the first site to be listed. That will tell you all you need to know.
