Consumerinfo.com - CIC Credit Monitoring ripoff FRAUD Internet
A year and a half ago, i signed up for a small fee ($5 or so) to get a copy of my credit report. Then cancelled membership. Now 10/8/04 they charge me 79.95 on my debit card. I have no idea what for. unable to contact them because they were closed.
