On Jan. 3rd 2003 I ordered the 30 free trial, it was not what I expected, what I did get was a $5.00 charge to my credit card, and an email stating my report is on its way with information on how to view it, did not happen.
I was not going to wait 30 days for something that was not going right from the start, so I emailed them back and canceled on the 6th of Jan, and again on the 15th of Jan. Well the short of it is my wife pays the bills and didn't think anything about it until now, today is the 23rd of Jan 2004, and I find that I have been getting billed $79.91 every month since then.
I'm smokin, I read I am being billed for a monitoring service, yet in their email to me states this is a free service for members only from QSpace.com. I am still working on some resolve.
