Consumerinfo.com rip-off Orange California
I signed up for free credit report and was not to be charded unless I had them dispute something in my credit report. I never disputed anything, and was charged 79,95 I emailed and canceled account but never received any refund.
Now several months later I am charged again, but I checked and my account is closed and I can not access it.

I was recently charged "again" for this CIC Credit Monitor RIPOFF. Last time I emailed them with NO LUCK. I was given a toll free number by my bank. I just got off the phone with a CIC rep, and was told my account would be cancelled and refund within 7-10 days. Although I take the "wait and see" attitude. The phone number I was given is: 877-513-4175. I hope this will help.
