ConsumerInfo.com rip-off Unauthorized charge & never received free report Orange California
I just got my credit card statement and there is a $79.95 charge that appeared from consumerinfo.com (CIC Credit Monitoring Service). I never authorized this charge or even received the free credit report that was to be sent to me. I only agreed to receive a "FREE" credit report which I never received. This is fraud!
I tried contacting the company by phone, but they are closed over the weekend, so I will try back on Monday. I have also sent their customer service an email in regards to this, so I will see if they are cooperative in refunding me this unauthorized charge.
This is truly a rip-off and the company should be investigated. Thank You!
