I subscribed to this service on March 18th, for their 30 day free trial period. After 2 weeks, I requested cancelation.

Yet, on April 17, my debit card was billed for the $9.95 fee. I immediately called, the morning of the 18th, when I discovered the fee, and was told that they could cancel my membership, but that they COULD AND WOULD NOT credit my account.

The man I spoke to kept citing "terms and conditions" as his excuse. I explained that this was to have been canceled, that even now, the billing was so early it was still in pending transactions, yet he said it was too late to credit my account.

I requested to speak to a supervisor, and was put on hold for a couple of minutes, after which, quite naturally, I was told that all the supervisors were busy on calls. I spoke to the man a good 10 mins or longer after that, trying to reason with him, (impossible), and still could not speak to a supervisor.

Upon requesting a manager, I was informed that the managers are not qualified to speak to the customers. ??? I wonder immediately why company has managers who are not qualified to speak to a consumer.
I am so angry at these people, because not only have they stolen my money, but have caused overdrafts in my checking acct because I maintain enough with a little extra to pay bills that I know are going to be paid out of the acct.

This bogus company has cost me an extra $100.00 in overdraft fees, and that is money that I certainly cannot afford to throw away. Please, folks, do not do any business with these crooks!!!
