Complaint Review: Consumerinfo.com

I wanted to see about this free credit report and I got duped. After signing up for the free trial offer, I found that the service was crapy. I canclled the service 7 days into it because I could not view my credit report at all.

After canceling I figured that was that till my fiancee saw our bank statement. I was charged 9.95 for a service I did not want that I had canceled well before the 30 day trial ended.

My fiancee then looked up this website and found that several other people had been scamed by the same company. I sent another cancelation letter today and I am going to close my bank account at the end of this month. Hopefully this will end the problem.
