I was linked to Consumerinfo.com from MSN.com by clicking on the words, "Check your credit for free". Since it said "free", I did it. I filled in all the info it asked for, then it comes to a screen asking for my credit card info.

I entered the info only because the following was printed above the box:
" Payment Information
Your credit card will not be charged during the free trial period. However, valid credit card information is required to establish your account. "

I would have NEVER given my credit card info if I had known it would've been charged!!. When I was reviewing my credit card bill, I found the charge and went to google to search for the site (i did it at work, so the site wasn't in my home PC history). The search results brought me to ripoffreports.com where I have found over 135 reports and your lawsuit. This can't continue!! And, sadly, I'm one of the lucky one's and have only been charged $35 so far. I was going to just accept it, and not question it, but when I found out that they are ripping off the entire country, I'll do whatever it takes to take em down.
