Consumerinfo ripoff immpossible to cancel Winsted Internet
This company keeps charging me $9.95 per month for services that I have tried to cancel. I have called the number they gave to cancel and a recording told me to email my cancelation whcich I have done 3 times along with calling on several occasions. I do not need a refund. I only want them to stop charging me. I am sick of being stonewalled by the company. I am a colleege student and need my money for school had I realized the would be so difficult to cancel I would never have signed up foor the service. Thank u for listening

I see a lot of complaints for this company, but I signed up for the trial just to get my credit report. I cancelled very easily by calling the 1800 number listed, spoke to an operator, asked to cancel, and in 5 minutes it was done.
Just dial the 1800 number, hit 0, when they ask you if you want to continue, and keep offering you more service, just tell them no thanks I want to cancel and they should do it for you. It's really very simple.
