Consumers Beware of ARM Computer Ripoff

I do not reccomend anyone buy a laptop computer from ARM computer. This company has failed to honor their extended 4 year warranty on my computer. I have called them numerous times and never recieved a phone call back. Finally, after talking with them, their customer service rep attempted to feed me a bunch of legal language and stated they were not responcible for the warranty. I the person from Arm taht he was wrong on the law, and that I knew the law because I am an attorney. I intend to pursue whatever legal action is availible to me against this company. I do not reccomend anyone buy anything from Arm.
