Complaint Review: Consumers Choice Financial Trust and Payment - Quantum National Bank

I recieved a letter from Canada with no return address stating I had won the lottery and the amount was $102,016,and they also sent a cashiers check in the amount of $3862.56 drawn from Quantum National Bank in Suwanee, GA which I know is bogus because the number on the Cashier check is 1-800-830-0993 and the number on the banks website is 1-800-533-6922 and it is always busy. I contacted these people and the representative told me to cash the cashier check and send them a cash amount of $3,100 which was a security fee - I knew it was a scam right away ! These folks are after your identity and your money do not cash or deposit the stolen cashier checks and do not give them any personal information - This is an Outright SCAM!
