I received a letter stating that I was being notified of a lump sum payment of $39,000 drawn against the total prize of $480,000 shared among the North American Winners. The Consumer's Reward Program Lottery was held on December 1, 2008 attached to ticket #975130 with the lucky number of 3,7,9,11,23,28,31 and 39. The letter stated that previous attempts to contact me directly on December 18, 2008 failed. For security reasons, they advised that I keep this award from public notice until my claims had been finalized. A cashier's check was enclosed for $3,900 to pay for the applicable tax dated 8/1/09 with an eight digit transit routing number. It stated that I needed to contact my agent Angela Moore or Michael King at 905-781-0930 as soon as I receive this notification. I did try to call the number listed & the recording stated the call could not be processed & the party could not reached, please try my call later. The letter stated ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED BY JANUARY 22TH, 2009.
