Contact One Communications poor service, dishonest, untrustworthy ripoff Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

First they sent hundreds of messages to the wrong email address, costing me thousands of dollars in sales. Then they offered only a month's retainer fee ($70) pro-bono as compensation. Contact 1 Communications uses phone operators who work from home and frequently sound like they were asleep before the phone rang or like they are annoyed to be interrupted from whatever TV show they were watching with a phone call.

Now that I have left their "service" they refuse to relinquish ownership of the telephone number I advertised for mu business in numerous national publications. (They agreed to relinquish the number when/if service ended before I ever agreed to their service, but now they are going back on their word and refuse to communicate with me.)

Lou Morgavo is the person in charge and the person behind my troubles with this company.

Contact One Communications is a great and very reputable company. Lou Morgavo is one of the best people I have ever worked for and I know how he is with our customers. Very professional and helpful or else the company would not have been around for 30 some years. The person who wrote this doesn't even know the correct way to spell a company that he is using so what does that say about his character. All of our employees do not work from home either. They have to be put through a rigorous program to be have the option to be an at home employee. Obviously he is overexaggerating this because no one wanted to place orders for his products so of course the easy out is to blame the answering service. There is no way Tealco had thousands of dollars worth of business. We rarely got any calls on that line what so ever so this is all total bull. Again always blame the answering service for your business failure. I saw this and I just had to respond and of course Adam from Texas doesn't list his company name in this anywhere. I am in total shock how people lie and believe whatever they want to believe. CONTACT ONE COMMUNICATIONS IS THE BEST! WE HAVE THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS AND ARE DOING NOTHING BUT CONTINUING TO GROW! Sorry your success is not as great as ours.
