My Fiance and I went to their presentation and thought we could afford their outstanding pots & pans. At 11PM we signed their contract and left for home, on the way we decided we were foolish to think we could afford $2500 for a set of 7, especially since we are planning our wedding which we have to pay for.

So the very next day, which was a Friday I tried to call and cancel but no one answered so I drafted a cancellation letter and faxed it over at 5PM. Since we were there until 11PM I asumed they were open.

On Monday I received a call from their office manager Michelle who stated that we could not cancel because they did not receive the letter until 5:07PM and the order had already been placed and if we had called and spoke to someone then the order could have been canceled.

I told Michelle that we could not afford the pots and pans and I had called but no one answered. She stated she would see what could be done and get back to us.

In the following weeks the pots and pans arrived, we sent them back and then were told that on top of the $2500 we would now be charged a $10 per month storage fee.

They are stating they cannot sell the pots and pans to anyone else because they were ordered for us - even though they are not personalized or used. So many months later we are still fighting to not have to pay for pots and pans we cannot afford, even though we canceled well before 3 days passed.

We feel we are being bullied by this company and they have no regard to the fact that we are not the type of clientel that can afford their overpriced cookware. If they were practicing good business they would sell their cookware to the welthy and not the blue collar people they are targeting.
