On april 14 2002 I got a card in the mail said to call you can get a credit card. so i called and then they told me if i would like i could send in $219.00 to get hotel and motel stay 1/2 off well I got my package on june 2 2002 it said i would get my letter in 21 days for my continetal advantage mastercard chex card 06-25-02 i called they to se if my package was sent priorty express so i didnt get then i called on06-28-02 they said it hasnt been sent yet it has to wait for 2 week to be sent out then i waited i called 07-09-02 they told it was sent out on the 07-08-02 i would get my package in 10 to 14 working days

on 07-15-02 i called to check to see if it was sent this time they said it went out on 07-08-02. so 07-23-02 i talked to Rita said it will be mailed out on 07-26-02 she couldnt tell why it go out on the 07-08-02. 08-13-02 i called to see how i could get in rolled they gave me a new # 1-866-470-6028 the lady said this not customer service so she gave me the phone # 1-800-457-2617 which i called 8 to 10 times. i even ask to speak to a supervisor she wouldnt let me. please help me get this straight and i learned my leason with all of this.
